AOL bouncing emails
« on: December 19, 2015, 10:49:15 AM »
Greetings.  Wonder if anyone has run into this problem, or knows someone who has.

I have a good friend who uses AOL and for the past several days AOL has been bouncing my emails to her.  This has happened before, on and off for the past few years.  I have a private email account from my ISP, no problems on my end to any other recipient.  I also have a Google mail account I use for selling, and those emails are going through.  The problem is happening on and off - I send the email, within minutes I get a "cannot deliver" message.  She has her email program set to receive my emails, so the problem is on the AOL server.

Just wondering.

I have not experienced that, but this song came to mind.

When they bounce the emails, what exact error message does it give?

got one of those mailer daemons on a response to an amazon customer email today.   same customer that ended up filing an a to z claim on me.  No record of that response on amazon either.   I had replied to the email itself not through the amazon site.   In an unconnected incident, I lost both internet and telephone for 10 minutes in the last hour.
