Bought a pint of them for $1 at one of my sources. They don't expire til 2023 They are small about the size of peas or smaller. Read a bit about them. Any experience with capers?

Well, the price is right.
I believe Capers, by definition, are pickled, no?
No.
I use them in my Italiian Dressing and my Marinade for King Mackerel.
And once I used them to knock up some Tartar Sauce when I ran out of the store bought stuff.
