Working on Kim Chi made with brussel sprouts, leek and carrots. Tried some after it sat all night. I will repack some with siracha and some with cayene, some with no heat.

Have been nibbling on my creation it is tasty, different than what I have purchased at the farmer's market, I toned the heat down a bit.
Had some today in my egg creation. Whip two eggs in a bowl. Heating a stove top griddle that has round indentations to make separate items. I put some finely chopped kim chi in there with butter, let that cook a bit. Then pour the egg into the rounds and let them cook til firm. Italian bread toasted on to a dinner plate. Put the egg on the toast. Swiss cheese on top and microwave for 20 seconds. Dill and black pepper on top Yum Yum
Maybe the first brussel sprout leek and carrot with swiss cheese omelet ever created. Tasty.
