I use them in my Italiian Dressing and my Marinade for King Mackerel.

And once I used them to knock up some Tartar Sauce when I ran out of the store bought stuff.

What do you know about capers?  I bought a jar at the source that sells Amazon and Target stuff that has been returned or culled.  Bought a pint of small capers, they look to be pickled.  Looked them up on the net.  Seems there are quite a few ways to use them with other foods.  Paid just a $1 and they don't expire til 2023.

Capers come from caper bushes they are the unopened flowers.  They are usually pickled but not always

Bought a pint of them for $1 at one of my sources.  They don't expire til 2023  They are small about the size of peas or smaller. Read a bit about them.  Any experience with capers?
