if you have a friend that is into wines - aldi's here had ice wine for 14.99 a bottle which is cheap.

I had never heard of Ice Wine.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ice_wine
a type of dessert wine produced from grapes that have been frozen while still on the vine. The sugars and other dissolved solids do not freeze, but the water does, allowing for a more concentrated grape juice to develop. The grapes' must is then pressed from the frozen grapes, resulting in a smaller amount of more concentrated, very sweet wine. With ice wines, the freezing happens before the fermentation, not afterwards.

Now, of course, I'm an expert.

I need to make a trip to Aldi.

NJ and NY are part of the new medical security state don't you know.  Some of the promoters are trying to outdo each other with their restrictions.  Some zap you with thermometers upon entering as well.  My friend the promoter has even banned one of my buyer friends because he dared to come to a show knowing that his wife and kid just tested positive.

Found this at Aldi's 6.99 per 6 pack Not bad but not exceptional.  Typical Aldi's offering.

Food / Save your vinegar and brine from peppers and olives

I have found the left over liquids from peppers and olives to be tasty putting in about a 1/5 of a cup along with the the water needed to make oatmeal.  In the winter I like to have oatmeal for breakfast along with my coffee.  I put all kinds of things in the oatmeal.  Lately it us been the leftover liquid from a jar of peppers and chopped onions.

Yeah I quit responding to it. The more interaction the more encouragement it gets.
